George Foreman has a great understanding of the mobilising and stabilising muscles and their roles and how to deliver fun and practical stability ball and core strength sessions.
Core stability is an essential component of any workout; allowing you to become stronger, improve your exercise technique, posture, balance and sports performance, reduce the chance of injury (for example the muscles of the torso will stabilise the spine when lifting or carrying something and will reduce any risk of injury to the lower back).
Sports Specific Training
