George Foreman has a great understanding of the mobilising and stabilising muscles and their roles and how to deliver fun and practical stability ball and core strength sessions.

Core stability is an essential component of any workout; allowing you to become stronger, improve your exercise technique, posture, balance and sports performance, reduce the chance of injury (for example the muscles of the torso will stabilise the spine when lifting or carrying something and will reduce any risk of injury to the lower back).

George Foreman can deliver sports specific training sessions based on functional training and movement patterns in order to enhance your performance (as opposed to training specific muscles).

Whether you are a distance runner, golfer, tennis player, footballer etc you will see significant improvements in your performance, whether it is improved speed, agility, quickness, explosive power or endurance, he will produce a training programme to suit your needs.

George Foreman is qualified to deal with GP referred clients defined as having low to moderate risk medical conditions, by the Exercise Referral Quality Assurance Framework and REPs (register of exercise professionals). He is able to plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes for referred clients and deals with the following illnesses:


Hypertension (high blood pressure) and Hypercholesterolemia
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Asthma
Diabetes
Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis
Osteoporosis

During pregnancy, many women will be unsure of the correct exercise techniques to keep both their own and their babies health to an optimum (Ante natal).

Following birth, many women wish to start on a new fitness programme to improve their fitness and to remain healthy but have to consider changes that have occurred to their body (Post natal). George can deliver expert advice to low risk ante/post natal clients. He will take into account the physiological and psychological considerations of pregnancy and devise specific training workouts for expecting mothers during and after pregnancy.
